At HeliumDeploy, we strive to ensure your hardware and retail purchases meet your expectations with a seamless 30-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer straightforward solutions for returns and exchanges to get you back to deploying quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your HeliumDeploy account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
